In the past twenty years, the emphasis of the waste and resource management sector has moved from landfill to recycling, and there is now a growing and increasingly powerful argument that the Circular Economy willcircular-economy-graphic increasingly dominate over the next decades. This will involve substantial changes to the culture, principles and practice of the current waste and resources sector and bring new challenges and opportunities.
